Mystery Boxes are sold as surprise items, meaning the contents are unknown at the time of purchase.
Because of this:

Disappointment with the contents

Receiving duplicate items

Perceived value

Items not matching expectations

3. Wholesale Lots – Brand New & Non‑Refundable
All Wholesale Lots are BRAND NEW and supplied exactly as received from our distributors.

Due to the discounted bulk pricing and mixed nature of wholesale stock:

4. Damaged Items
If an item arrives severely damaged in a way that prevents normal use, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged item

We may offer a replacement item at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
